"I called RF at 10:15pm on a Wednesday after half of my key broke off and remained stuck inside the lock. The gentleman informed me it would be $50 for him to show up, and then the price of the fix would depend on the gravity of the problem. He showed up 15 minutes later and went about the most pragmatic fix, which was to get the key shard out of the lock. After persevering for 20 minutes with one of his tools, he managed to pull the shard out. Thus no need to drill the door or anything. He ascribed $65 for his labor, so the total came to $115. The fix was fast and on a Wednesday night, and he tried to avoid drilling or creating any other damage, so that's probably worth it."

"I just want to express my appreciation for the service from RF locks. My front door lock was broken last week, and it was pretty urgent for me to find someone to fix it. On Saturday morning (9/14/13), I took a Google search for the locksmith around Brookline. I got several options. To my surprise I called two of them and no one answered my calls, only for voice message (actually I got one answer to my calls later on, which was on Sunday, more than 24 hours later).
