"Around September 2011, we needed new keys for our old lock. Some locksmiths told us that the entire door, which is metal with a glass window, had to be replaced and the cost would be prohibitive just to get new keys. Others said the whole lock assembly had to be replaced and would cost hundreds of dollars. They told us the lock couldn't be repaired and the parts were no longer available so we had to either replace the entire door or the whole lock assembly. "Ray the locksmith came to to our house in Brookline today, December 4, 2012. It's an old house with10 foot inner front doors approximately 3 inches thick with doorhandles that were completely dysfunctional – no longer working. I had called all over the city to no avail. "I am an owner of a restaurant in Brookline. My relationship with Ray from RF Locks dates back to November 2010. At that time I had issues with my help requiring that all my locks at the restaurant to be changed out & to be supplied with new keys. I had been utilizing a couple of Local locksmiths for years who were either not reliable & gouging me on price. "I called Ray on Monday morning after discovering that the night before my brother had driven home to western MA with the key to a high end Masterlock padlock I had used to lock two road bikes onto the roof of my SUV.
