"Ray was amazing and I'm grateful for his impeccable work on my old front door, which was at the point of becoming nonfunctional. He addressed the mortise lock, knobs, strike plate, and surface-mounted locks, replacing and adjusting parts as needed, and then rekeyed both locks so that I could use the same key in both. He even supplied the new keys, ensuring that they were a smooth, perfect fit. I thought my door would always be temperamental, even when "fixed"---I thought there was too much wrong and that the best that could be done would be for the door to be simply functional again. My tenant's regular bedroom doorknob was jammed and she couldn't enter the room.... and she was moving out in just a few hours! Our usual handy worker was on site and recognized Rays expertise.
