"I have a Schlage Electronic Deadbolt keyless lock ( a secondary door lock). It stopped working a couple of years ago. Recently, I called Ray to install a new one. He determined that the lock needed a new battery which he replaced. I couldn't remember the code to unlock it and lost the paperwork that came with it with the default codes. Ray was amazing. He called Schlage and was able to obtain a new code. The lock works perfectly now. No replacement needed. I appreciated Ray's effort to repair rather than replace.
