The traffic was terrible that day because of the weather and he called me every step of the way to let me know when he was delayed in traffic. Upon arriving, he was super friendly and got right to work. Not only was he quick, but noticed that the cold had turned my body into goosebumps and retrieved a blanket from his van for me. He had to drilled the lock, which left metal flakes on the ground. I told him not to worry about it but he insisted that he clean it up. Great service!"
