"I was locked out of my apartment at 1:30PM today and contacted the management company of my building. The company had a key but offered to call a locksmith because it would be less expensive. City locksmith quoted them 125-150 depending on how complicated the door was to open. The management company explained it was an emergency as it was a hot day and I was locked outside with a puppy. Ray estimated his time incorrectly twice then showed up at 5PM. He opened my door in less than 60 seconds and charged me $175. When I asked why the price was so high, he replied that I needed to pay for the traffic he was in. In addition to the tardiness, poor communication and overcharge, he did NOT take precautions for COVID as advertised on this website. There was no disinfectant used on my door nor his tools. In addition, he walked into my apartment, set his tools on my kitchen table and sat in a chair without asking for permission. I expressed my disappointment with his services again after he left and mentioned I would write a poor review. He knocked 25 bucks off. Do not recommend - stay away. Should have gone with my management company. This was a nightmare!"
